How do I book a transfer?

  1. Find and select a suitable transfer on our Home page.
  2. Select the needed type of vehicle.
  3. Push the “Search” button and you will be directed to the detailed booking form.
  4. Fill in your personal details (phone number, E-mail address, etc.) in the booking form, provide your arrival time and flight number, mention the number of passengers and add any additional information, if necessary.  
  5. In case of any special requests, please enter this information in the Notes field.
  6. You will receive a booking confirmation letter to the specified e-mail address right after the inquiry is sent. Our operators will contact you soonest for the final Confirmation and Payment.
  7. Our operator will send you an e-mail or will contact you by Viber or WatsApp sending a link for payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and ArCA. By clicking on the link you will be able to make the payment.

What is included in the transfer price?

All prices mentioned on our web page are final.

The price includes: waiting at the airport, fuel, toll road fees (if there are ones), all the taxes and fees, car seat (upon request) and, of course, the journey itself.

There are NO additional payments, hidden taxes and any other fees.

Does the price include drop off/pick up of passengers from hotels/addresses, if locations are different?

Yes, if the hotels/addresses are located in the city center, you will be picked up/dropped off with no additional payment.

Are the prices on your web page up to date?

Yes, all the prices indicated on our web page are fixed, final and fully valid.

Does the transportation price depend on the number of passengers in the vehicle?

No, it doesn’t.

All the prices, indicated on our web page, are mentioned per vehicle. While ordering a transfer, the Customer always sees the maximum number of passengers and luggage pieces that can fit the car.

The price is the same both for minimum and maximum number of passengers in the vehicle.

Does the transportation price depend on time of the day?

Yes, it depends.  

We accept and complete orders on real-time basis.

The cost of night - time transfers - from 24:00 to 07:00 to/from the airport (all airports listed on the site) equals the indicated cost plus 50%.  

How do I pay?

You will receive a booking confirmation letter to the specified e-mail address right after the inquiry is sent. Our operators will contact you soonest for the final Confirmation and Payment.

You may also make the payment for any of our services by bank transfer.  

Can I arrange the payment on behalf of a legal entity?

Yes, you can make an invoice payment. Please contact our manager and you will be provided by all the necessary documents.

All the Customers: individual travelers, groups, companies and other legal entities are provided by an official payment receipt upon arrival, in case of need (please inform us beforehand).

Where, how and who will meet me?

Our driver will meet you with a sign indicating our company’s logo and the name of the customer, mentioned in the booking. It is impossible to pass by.

You will be welcomed by our driver in the arrivals area, at the exit, right after passing the passport control and luggage claim.

In the case of pick up from the hotel, our driver will be waiting for you in the lobby.

What is the communication language of the driver?

All consultants, coordinators, couriers, as well as drivers of our company are fluent in Russian and English that provides easy communication with customers from the pre-ordering to transportation stage.

What should I do, if I can’t find the driver?

Make sure that You are in the Arrival area. There are usually people standing there with signboards. Please, once again look carefully for the sign with Your name.

If you couldn’t find our driver call him at the phone number that you received from our operator during the ordering process. In case of any unforeseen circumstances and emergencies, please contact the hot line and emergency number of our company: +374 93825428. Our consultants will call you back and solve all the troubles you have.

Our driver may be late because of a force majeure situation. Please wait a little and our driver will definitely find you. We always meet our guests.

What should I do, if my flight arrived earlier/delayed?

We accept and process bookings on real time basis. 

Driver meets the guests  according to the provided flight data. The driver waits for the customer at the airport FREE OF CHARGE ONE HOUR from the moment the aircraft lands. The cost of every next hour of waiting is $10. In case of a flight delay, the customer has to inform the company about the delay, otherwise, a fee will be charged for each additional hour of waiting.

If you arrived earlier and cannot find the driver having your name on his signboard (as a rule, the driver is already on the spot), please take your place by the exit at the arrival area and wait for the driver. 

How do I know, if my luggage fits in the vehicle?

Each vehicle has a valid number of luggage pieces. This information is clearly indicated on our web page. Customers see all the information about the vehicle capacity, when make booking: the exact quantity and size of luggage, how many and what size suitcases can be placed in the boot․

What if I have a non-standard luggage?

Our company makes transfers with non-standard luggage, as well. You should only mention exactly what kind of luggage you have, its size, while making an order and we will select the right vehicle for you.
